In General
- We are always on the lookout for new and unique items. Therefore, substitutions may be made, but the quality of the gift will never be compromised.
- Chocolate may be substituted in the summer months due to the heat.
- Products are guaranteed fresh one month after delivery of gift.
- Fees associated with returned checks shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please note we are not a manufacturer of any of the products included in our gifts. Therefore, we cannot confirm the absence of any possible allergens. Before ordering any gifts for others, please confirm any allergies of the recipient. Sharon's a Basket Case will not be responsible for any allergic reactions of the recipients to our gifts.
- Holidays are pretty busy here as well as in your house, so in order to make sure everything gets done and delivered on time, give me at least a week. That way, everyone stays satisfied.
Payment
- We take Visa and MasterCard. We're working on getting the others ASAP. Of course if you're local, cold, hard cash works fine and dandy too.
- There will be a $25.00 fee or 10% whichever is greater charged on any returned check. For order over $500.00 a cashiers check is required, Or you may pay by Credit Card.
- On orders of $300 or more a 50% non refundable deposit is required.
Deliveries
- We are located in beautiful Bradenton, Florida, USA. Local Deliveries are $10.00 for each address. (That would be in Bradenton only). Everything outside of Bradenton will be shipped via UPS.
- A valid telephone number for the recipient must accompany all delivery requests. If a second delivery attempt must be made, an additional delivery charge will be required.
- Hospital deliveries are strongly discouraged. Due to the uncertainty of hospitals stays, it is often a wiser decision to have gifts delivered to the recipient's home.
Returns
- If there is any reason the gift needs to be returned, we will do our best to satisfy all parties involved.
- All gifts must be returned in tact and unopened to be considered for a 100% refund.
- If the gift has been opened or tampered with in any way, Sharon's a Basket Case reserves the right to refuse a return. We will determine this on an individual basis.
- Personalized gifts are non-refundable.
